1. Provider Information

VetAcademy is an independent educational project operated by "Vet Akademi" EOOD, registered in the village of Mokriste, Pazardzhik region, Bulgaria. Contact: office@vetacademy.bg

2. Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between VetAcademy and users of vetacademy.bg, including course enrollment, online learning, mentorship programs, and related services.

3. User Registration

Registration is required to enroll in courses or access video content. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure. VetAcademy is not liable for any unauthorized use of user accounts.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR, excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are made online via bank card or bank transfer. VetAcademy reserves the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect already paid enrollments.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Users may cancel their enrollment within 14 days of payment, provided the course has not yet started. After this period, or for video courses already accessed, VetAcademy is not obligated to issue a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, slides, and documents are the intellectual property of VetAcademy and/or the respective lecturers. Copying, distributing, or publicly displaying these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

VetAcademy provides educational content for continuing professional development purposes. The content does not substitute veterinary diagnosis or treatment. VetAcademy is not liable for damages arising from the application of learned material outside the educational context.

8. Amendments

VetAcademy may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent court in Pazardzhik, Bulgaria.
