What is the payment deadline for a course?
Within 5 days of registration.

Yes, we are accredited by the Bulgarian Veterinary Union — you will receive a certificate and the specified number of points for each course.
Where can I see the course programme?
Each course has its own page where you can see the main topics covered. Most courses are divided into modules with visible lesson titles.
How can I ask the lecturer a question?
Each lecturer provides their contact details. You can also ask questions during workshops.
When are in-person courses held?
In-person courses at our facility take place on weekends — all day Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 17:30.
Can an invoice be issued to a legal entity?
Yes, an invoice can be issued.
When does an online course start?
You get access to the course as soon as you enrol. The link is active for 7 days.

When are online courses held?
Online courses are held via Zoom, usually on weekdays from 19:00 to 21:00.
